A 43-year-old Birdsboro man was stabbed three times after he was surrounded by a group of teenage boys while riding his bicycle on the Thun Trail in Reading, police said Sunday.
The man, who police declined to identify, suffered three puncture wounds to his left shoulder in the Saturday night stabbing, investigators said. He was treated in Reading Hospital, police said.
Police said Sunday that they were looking for the attacker and members of the group of 15 to 20 boys who were on the trail between 11 p.m. and midnight Saturday.
According to police:
I just wanted to give a shout out :cornut: to all the ladies who have helped, encouraged, and guided me through the start of my biking journey! Mike and I went to Cranx on saturday and after we rode I was so pumped that I rode at a bike park (something a year ago I never imagined myself doing)! I tried almost everything one time and was obsessed with trying to conquer this one set of 3 skinnys right in a row, but the 3rd one kicked my butt every time!
Is anyone up for an early morning ride at Sals or Lehigh? Sunday morning @ 7:30 or 8? Hit it while its hard! :ihih:
Anyone find a CygoLite Expilion at one of the Bethlehem riding locations, most likely at SML. Give a shout out if you picked it up. Much appreciated
Recently found out that my wife's annual work convention is in Nashville this Summer. We are most likely going to drive there rather than fly. That means the bikes can go too.
What does Nashville have to offer and where, clubs to hook up with, etc.
Any insight is always appreciated.

Post who has and where the banners are at.
A huge "thank you" for hosting the party again this year, Greg.
Was up at Sals today and my pump and tube bounced out of my back pocket up there, quite possibly on the Girlyman Trail or on upper Red back to the Dialysis Center. If you find it, please let me know -- thanks.
One of the local Hellertown riders lost a cell phone on the trails at S Mtn Bethlehem. If anyone finds it, please give us a call @ 610-838-1500
Thanks,
