Touch of the Lyme...
Well I guess it was bound to happen eventually...
Couldn't figure out why I've felt like shit and could barely turn my head the past week and a half.
Blood work came back positive for lyme.
Go heavy on the spray people.
Doesn't fit in the other forums, post it here

So I finally have a free weekend (7/7 + 7/8) and have been eyeing up the Locust lake trails to explore. Just wondering if anyone is available for guide service? I can make it either day, but the sooner I know the better. So if anyone wants to hook up cool, other wise I'll strap on the GPS and have at it.
Enjoy the 4th, if anyone's up at RCST for the ride/picnic come say hi.

...are going down this week. This Wednesday 7/4 there is the Jump Your Jalopy Jam with Jim (Delavalle) at the Boiler Works in East Stroudsburg. They are pretty sweet.
Sunday July 8th there is a jam at Rancho Relaxo (AKA Ted's Backyard) in Downingtown. Ted's place is getting pretty NASTY lately -- lots of new lines and a lot of supercross tech.
PM me if you need directions.
I noticed some subtle changes on the website(upper right). Looks good Bob!
Anybody want to ride bear creek or lehigh around 11am this morning?? pm me.
Biking is fun and great and all, but it can be pretty gnarly, too. BMXer Stephen Murray's crash and current situation is really sobering:

Gotta rally for him. Options are posted in the link.
Just bought some 29 inche wheels and a 29 inch Carbon Fork.......oh yeah.....This is fun , now I gotta find a frame. Ill probably end up with a Niner Sir 9..Stoked...
So for those of you that bike with your dogs, how did you train them to ride along with you? Do they ever take off after a distraction, like another animal or people walking? We have a new buddy at home, and I really want to train him to be a "trail dog". Any advice is appreciated, thanks
