a hub is a hub, right???

well after the superchief "belt" situation, i have been feeling DIY confident. The Durango which probably gets the same gas mileage as the superchief sounds like crap when she turns left. either a CV joint or bearing issue. So what do all good DIY'ers do.....google "durango front hub" and there ya go.

advice...

I know this isn't bike related, but with all the computer savvy folks who use this website I was hoping for some advice! Has anyone had any experience with satellite internet? Right now where we live the only option for us is one-way cable modem, which really isn't that great; sometimes it doesn't connect, and the speed is less than desirable - particularly when downloading. The satellite internet is pretty costly, so I really wanted to see if anyone has this before going ahead with any decisions. Thanks

french crk interest?

before i make it an offical ride , wanted to check if there would be any interest if i posted a french crk ride next saturday morn. moderate but steady pace, mostly legal trails, lots of regroups, and bail outs. i'll ride till the last person says uncle. nobody will be left for dead. anybody??

My year in review (part 2)

After the American Standard ride I was feeling good. Got the new bike and fork dialed in, rode some new trails and I was getting out on the local trails at least 3 times a week.

The most significant upgrade to my riding routine was finally getting Abbie out to Sals. She loves it and a Tuesday evening at Sals with the better half became a regularity at least until July 4th.
