I have been hearing a lot about Lehigh and want to ride there. Where do you park to ride Lehigh?? I will be fine showing my self around just want to know where to park, and is there a map anywhere?? Thanks

I got bit by a tick this weekend and came across a great fund that will help you in Monroe County and in the Lehigh County ares.In Monroe County it's called the Monroe County vector control. 38 north 7th st. Stroudsburg, Pa 570-420-3525 They can help you in a case where you have a matured tick on you for more than or less than the 36 hour period .They have a lot of info for you and can help you prevent ticks all together.

Hey guys. I live in Havertown and just recently got back int MTB. I just got a new hardtail and started to look around for some good trails. I found a couple of sites and am going to try out a couple of your suggestions. Anyway thanks for a place to post info and the like and if anyone has any thoughts, suggestions, general knowledge they want to share, please dont be shy. Always looking for pointers...

I hate to even waste your time with this but my nit-wit, non-VMB friend lost his shoe on a ride and asked me to post this on the website. (I suspect there must have been alot of post ride beer consumption going on...I mean losing a glove is one thing but a shoe...they're attached to your feet...you think he'd know if it was missing...Duh!) Anyway, if you found an Adidas road shoe (you'll know it, it will smell real bad) at either South Mtn. Emmaus OR Sals St.

Jim D here. late night message. I'm at Catamount in NY state on my 2nd day building the bike park it's coming out sweet. this resort has really got some great trails. nice long flowing lengthy, gritty runs. there are 5 runs right now, besides the skills park The employees of Catamount are really sincere with there trail building , keeping it original and progressive . There is also a huge rope climbing village up in the trees here. check all the info at www.skicatamount.com or google it all up. whichever.

Riding along last night, & Terry Miller spotted a black bear about 100' away from us. Terry, the "Bear Whisperer" & Amy, the "Bare Whisperer" went to take a closer look, the rest of us rode away. Cool sighting at the Burg though.

Hey guys. Friday is supposed to be a beautiful day so i wanna get out and do a longer XC ride. I'd like to do it late morning or early afternoon. Does anyone want a guided tour of Lehigh? I could also do Sals. let me know if anyone is interested and then i'll post an event when a decision is made.
