Happy Birthday you old fart! This would be Crashtestdummy, by the way. I think she was trying to weasel by and not let us in on it!

Saw the new Dirt Rag issue last night, and on the Reader's Eye section there is a killer photo of some guy doing a huge gap in Arizona. The photo credit is none other than Beth Fogel, and old school PA local who really got into DH at the Bear Creek DH Series days. She moved west a few years ago, unfortunately for us -- she is a really great person, with good photographic sense, too.

Looking for a 350x30.9mm seat poast anyone have one laying around they want to get rid of??

A little over 4 weeks after a crash at Lehigh left Crashtestdummy with a seperated shoulder, she's back on the mountain bike! She reports only mild pain and weakness while riding at Jordan today. The plan is to try to slowly work back up to more difficult riding as she feels fit.

How's that for a news story?!?!? LOL. Good news...right?!?

For anyone who keeps track of their miles on Bike Journal, I added Valley Mountain Bikers as a club. If you join the club we can see each others progress. If you have a bit of a competitive streak you can see who you are ahead of or what miles you need to beat someone. Some are into this, some are not. Me personally it makes me get more miles just to stay ahead of other people. So if you are part of BJ please join VMB on BJ.

I also need permission to use the VMB logo on BJ club. Who do I need to ask?

I've been thinking about investing in a bike trailer so I can take my kids on some "towpath like" rides. Does anyone have any recommendations or experience regarding trailers? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know if there will be a spring skills clinic? I was unable to participate in the winter session and was hoping there might be others coming up for those of us who missed out.
