Big Pocono Trails (above Camelback)

Are incredible! Got a nice tour courtesy of Jorge "Snapper" Engroba tonight on the regular Wed. Night 6:00 ride at Big Pocono SP. It was awesome, and the higher elevation of the plateau allows for an environment so much like Vermont and so incredibly different from around here. The ferns were higher that our handlebars at times, the ground was soft loam and pine needles, off camber, lush and rolled with excellent flow. There are a ton of trails there.

CA riding - any opinions on these 3 locations?

So here's my 3 choices for riding tomorrow in Orange County, CA:
Holy Jim, Aliso Creek, or El Moro Canyon.

Anybody hear of these places? If so, can you recommend one over the other? I'm going to be riding one of these tomorrow. This riding friend of mine is highly recommending Holy Jim, but I don't want to die - lots of climbing around here.

WTB: Size small used bike

A 5'2" female friend of mine is looking for a bike. This will be the first bike she has had for a long time and only intends to ride on the road and possibly commute back and forth to work. Looking for a mountain or hybrid style vs a road bike as the mileage will be fairly low and she isn't comfortable with a drop style handlebar. Pretty tight budget of around $200-$250. Anyone have anything they are looking to get rid of or know anyone who might be? Thanks!

Greg
