Rook question...

Made some posts before about just getting back into it. It seems Im going to have some time to ride this week and since we've had soo much rain Im curious how everyone cleans the dirt and mud off there bikes? Also are there any precautions I should/could take before riding in mud or in general? Thanx guys

I heard White Clay calling......but perhaps somewhere else??

Anyone up for a road trip to White Clay Creek in DE say next Saturday 6/27? I had such a great time when we went down in May, it was well worth the 3 hours of driving. I will keep an eye on the weather while doing the "please don't rain dance" for the coming week. As I am not sure of how well the trails drain or dry out I would like to see at least 2 days of no rain to make the trip a go.

Need help - ride leader for Jordan

I'm going to be flying to Portland, OR next Wednesday and will not be around to lead the weekly Wednesday group ride. Unfortunately my shop is a little short staffed that week and no one from here can lead it either. Looking for someone to help me out and lead a group around Jordan Park from 5:30 to 7:30 Wednesday June 24th. Let me know. Thanks

6 hours of driving to find the sun in New Hampshire

So as some of you might know I get to do a little traveling on the job. Well I try to keep it to a little anyway. After 6 hours on the road today I arrived in Manchester, NH. I found something that we have not seen, at least consistently in the valley for a while now - THE SUN. There was hardly a cloud to be found in the sky and the temp was around 70. What does this all mean and why am I posting a blog entry? Well, I found an awesome riding location just east of Manchester in Auburn, NH.
