Going to the Kingdom! Anyone have any suggestions for must do trails and restaurants? I was thinking Sidewinder, J-bar and Kitchel for sure but there must be many more to check out. Plus its our anniversary so I need to find a great restaurant. Wildflower Inn? :cornut:

So, why does it seem like I have these freak injuries? I went to the orthopaedic surgeon yesterday for my shoulder. The x-ray showed a possible "bone bruise". Not broken, not fractured, but bruised. I need an MRI to really see it though. Also a possible rotator cuff issue too.

Anyone ever have a bone bruise? Well, I just did a little research, and these kinds of injuries have only recently been recognized, due to the increase in MRI usage. And they're a bit painful.

Just wondering where you work and what your profession is. I see a lot of day time rides posted and know I would never be able to swing that with my job.

Anyone ride JBurg today or yesterday, How are conditions? Wondering if we should move tonights ride to a location that is dry? Or is it ok @ the Burg?

I found someone's trail pass today up on South Mtn Bethlehem. Its blue and its one of those bracelet types that has the name of the trail system on it. Maybe you want it back. Hint: Its not in the Lehigh Valley!

Me and the family are heading up to our digs in the west-end of the Poconos this Thursday.

I usually ride in Jim Thorpe, sometimes the White Haven singletrack, or lately head over to Moosic. If the weather stays wet, Moosic may be my spot Sat or Sunday since it drains well.
