The life and times of a Btown bicyclist

I move to Bethlehem from Scotland in 2008. Scotland is mostly known for the 3 H's. Heroin, Heart Disease and Haggis. Unfortunately we seem to like our hard drugs and fatty foods too much. That combined with being pretty far north means that we are pretty inactive during the winter months. No exercise and too much fish and chips and it's no wonder we are a pretty unhealthy nation. However, it wasn't until I made the move across the pond that I realized how good I had it (in terms of being a cyclist).

Who else daydreams about a pump track in the Lehigh Valley?

I’ve been thinking about one since Jim Dellavalle posted a thread last year (2/5/2009) about one at Dodson.  I finally rode one for the first time last night at the Alexandria pump track in NJ.  I took my 3 boys ages 5, 8, and 11.  We arrived at 6:30 and left at 9:00, but only because it was dark!  We’ll be heading back soon.  I don’t mind driving a little over an hour for that kind of fun, but wouldn’t it be nice if there was one in the Lehigh Valley.
