Ride

Here's the deal.

Participants must sign up on the VMB website for the particular event date.
This will be a group ride. (individuals do not have permission to night ride)
The group may split up for different riding ability levels.
Helmets are required.
Participants will sign in prior to riding and check out at the end of the ride.
Parking is allowed only at the Tower road parking lot, NO PARKING is permitted along Tower road. (carpool)
Everyone must be out of the park by 8:30.
Hunting seasons are in and the trail does travel through approved hunting areas.

Every Wednesday we will be leading 2 rides from the tennis court parking lot at Jordan Creek Parkway so there is something available for everybody.

Both rides will go until after dark. Bring your lights or plan on exiting at sunset.

1. Social, casual pace ride led by Andrew. This ride will stop frequently to regroup and cover approximately 8-10 miles. Expect to ride until 7:15 or so.

2. Fast paced training ride led by Rob. This ride is intended for those riders seeking more riding and less socializing. We will cover approximately 12 miles and ride until 7:15-7:30.

Spirited ride at S. Mtn Emmaus, please bring lights. No one will be left behind. Meet at SMC. Pizza and beer to follow at Armettas.

After checking the radar multiple times today, it looks like the rain is staying to the North & West, looks good for tonight.

Meet at Saucon Valley Bikes @6pm, or at the Tower Rd Parking lot @ 6:30pm, ready to ride at 6:30 PLEASE!

Trying out my new bike tonight, just a mellow spin on the towpath. I'll be starting from Sand Island around 7:30.

Bring your lights and log some evening miles with me on the towpath. Meet at Sand Island at 6:15 depart 6:30 sharp.
