As a tribute to Kennys head tunes, I don't ride with an ipod, but I really like getting a song into my head. So what are your favorite head tunes

A couple of old reliables for me are
Elvis Costello: Pump It Up
Wilson Picket: Mustang Sally (Ride Sally Ride)
Aretha Franklin: Chain Of Fools

Note that they all have a nice riding theme to them

Others might be State Radio, Dispatch, Slack String

When Jay posted his skills 101 clinic I was just getting ready to post about MTB clinics/camps. His timing was perfect!

Has anyone every attended a weekend type MTB clinic/camp?
If so, where and was it helpful?
Specifically, anyone have any knowledge of some good women's only MTB camps on the east coast?
I have seen a bunch posted in CO, UT, CA but would like something I could actually drive to.

Thinking about doing a Skills Clinic over the X-Mas break, geared toward beginner/intermediate level riders. The clinic would cover the fundamentals of basic bike set-up, riding position and trail skills development.

Has anyone tried water proof socks with a mountain bike shoe? What brand do you use and how good are they?

I lost a pair of bolle glasses this afternoon at SMB, I think around the sidewinder. They are black with yellow lenses. If anyone comes across these and could give me a shout it would be much appreciated. Thanks

I am curious as to how many people listen to their iPods/MP3 players while riding.

I love listening to music. IMHO, the iPod is one of the best inventions ever! I love using it to play music to match my moods, help me get thru workouts, start my day, lift my spirits on a crappy day, and ending my day as I drift off to sleep to mix of classical, new age and piano.

What are some favorite tunes you listen to while riding?

Be careful when parking your car up at frisbee golf these days. My s10 was horribly vandalized this morning while on a tandem loop. I returned to find my black beauty covered with litter and tp all over it. i narrowed my search down to somebody with anal leakage(maybe from foods with olostra) since the tp they used was extra absorbing. They may also be walking weird with a sore butt since they spared no expense and went with triple ply. The tp was scented too so we may have a messy wiper on our hands.
