Ride

Tonight's the night. Wendesday night Jordan Ride with Fitness Central. We have a two ride format this year with a fast paced and a casual paced ride going out at 5:30. Meet at the tennis court parking lot at Jordan Creek Parkway and look for the Fc jerseys.

Fast pace - ride is at an 8-9 mph average pace. We ride together but do not stop at all intersections and wait. If you like a faster pace, join this ride. If you are not feeling especially fast today, check out our casual paced ride. We usually cover about 15 miles.

This will be a weekly ride alternating between Sals and SMB. We are going to be realistic on pace. This will be a fast, nonstop pace. We aren't racing but it may feel like it. Meet at Cutters Bike Shop and head out to the trail at 5:30pm. Rain cancels ride, call the shop if unsure of weather.

Meet at 5:45 P.M. at Tower Road lot. Ride by 6:00 P.M. Rain cancels. Social-paced ride already scheduled by Trailmaster Kenny so this ride will be intermediate/fast-paced (divided into two groups depending on turnout).

If anyone's interested, there might be a pre-ride north loop warmup around 5:15 P.M. :thumbsup:

This will be a weekly ride at Jordan led by Sean from Cutters Bike Shop. It will be a beginner to intermediate pace depending on group, noone will be dropped. Depending on the group size, we can split up for a social / medium pace and a faster pace.....whatever works is fine with me. I found yesterday, that it is possible ride the entire loop in about an hour.
