I figured I would post this. I will be there around 5:15 - 5:30, for a little warm up spin.
Meet at Tower Rd. parking lot.
Depending on the group size, we can split up for a social / medium pace and a faster pace.....whatever works is fine with me. I found yesterday, that it is possible ride the entire loop in about an hour.
