The Saucon Valley Bikes Wednesday night Jacobsburg ride is on!

Meet at Saucon Valley Bikes @6pm, or at the main parking lot at Jacobsburg @ 6:30pm

Keep an eye out during Spring & Fall, the ride usually lasts 2-2 ½ hours, & lights may be needed, or figure on a shorter ride.

Come ride the IRT with the family. I will be pulling G on the tag-along, and then have a picnic when we finish the loop. Meet at the Chestnut and N. Ruch St. trailhead (Just off MacArthur Rd by the Sheetz station)

Casual, family-oriented pace. Kids in trailers welcome!

Why not plan another ride for Thursday evenings?

I'm looking to continue building my fitness level, no better way to that than get out and ride on a regular basis.

Meet at the Knight Rd parking lot. There is a variety of riding at Green Lane.....yes there is some horse traffic, but the singletrack sections make the riding worthwhile for sure.

Tuesday rides will be at South Mountain Emmaus, Thursday rides will be at various locations.....including Trex, Nox, Green Lane Park, Bear Creek, Weissport etc.

Now that I can ride on a semi regular basis, I thought I would post a weekly ride on Tuesday's.

This ride will be around 8-10 miles total, with plenty of climbing. Definitely not a hammer ride, rather a steady pace with a few stops.

i will be in recovery mode from bulldog so pace will be chill but plenty fun.

im not leaving from the valley to get there as i will be out there already

This will be a weekly ride at Sals led by John Ronca from Cutters Bike Shop. We are going to be realistic on pace. This will be a fast, nonstop pace. We aren't racing but it may feel like it. Meet at Cutters Bikes shop and head out to the trail at 5:30pm. Rain cancels ride, call the shop if unsure of weather. If running late or caught in the local traffic call the shop so we can wait a few minutes or meet up with you on the trail. (610)419-4027

This is a weely ride at Jordan led by Sean Harley from Cutters Bike Shop. Meet in the maintenance shed lot and hit the trail for 6pm. This is a fun pace according to group, Noone will be dropped. Rain cancels ride, call Cutters Bike Shop if unsure of weather or have any questions. (610) 419-4027.

They are having an event at the Alexandria Pump Track this Saturday.
Will be a great time, there will be riding, the jump line will be open, time trials, skinnies contest, and best trick.
Fun for ALL ages.
Parking is $5.00 I believe.

Bear Creek is having the PA state championships and US Cup Triple Crown in August and MASS series final in September, so how can you prepare yourself for these? The SMC first Thursday showdown at Bear Creek on the first Thursday in June, July, August and September. One casual paced lap so that everyone knows where to go followed by one race pace lap that will be timed. We did this last year and it was great prep for Bear Creek. Post ride activites include a dip in the lake to cool off and then wings and Yuengs in the Bear Creek bar, with 0.50 wings and $2 lagers.
