VMB's board will meet Monday from 7-8 preceding the IMBA Q&A session. This will be at Hello Burrito, also.
As always, members are always welcome. The agenda includes: IMBA Chapter Application update (a limited discussion since we'll lots of time to talk about with the IMBA rep later in the evening), 2015 Board planning, develop a corporate Sponsor plans, race/event update, trail plans, and regular club business.

As we complete our application to become an IMBA chapter club, a lot of good, important questions have come up. We're still fully committed to this move and to explain what it means for us, we've invited Anthony Duncan, IMBA's Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, to hold an informal Q&A about the process, and what we can expect as an IMBA chapter club.

VMB's Board Members are meeting tonight at 8 p.m. at Hello Burrito in Bethlehem.
This is what will be discussed:
E-bike preliminary discussions: How do we handle? Should we, can we? etc. No decision is required but we need to start feeling our way through this issue.
Social Media - We should talk about how to integrate Facebook, Google + and other social sites. We will review what trail systems and other clubs are doing. Establish best practices and identify resources to help.

Come on out for a Nox group ride followed by a VMB meeting. The ride will start at 1 - wheels spinning by 1:15. We can meet at the boat launch
We will also do the meeting at the boat launch starting at around 3:30. Feel free to BBQ and enjoy the park. Nox is especially nice in September.

We will try to do the next meeting at the Trexler environmental center sometime in October - hopefully just before the race.

Triple X Trex Fest was a success last year, given that we only had 2 months to prepare for it. This year we have a little more time so I think we can really put together a cool event and draw a bigger crowd.
We will be holding a planning meeting for this event at Fitness Central next Thursday, May 29th at 7pm until whenever.

-Delegating preparation responsibilities

-What worked last year / what didn't work last year
