3rd Annual Triple XXX TrexxxFest Halloween XC Enduro and X-Treme kids race planning meeting.
We will hold this meeting at Fitness Central on Thursday, July 30th at 7pm. We will be discussing some of the logistics of the race including:
-registration
-expo area
-parking
-prizes
-food vending
-trail work
-course layout
-rain date
-AO removal project
-alternate race date
Anyone that would like to be involved is encouraged to attend. I understand there is a lot of uncertainty around the trails right now, but I believe we should just move forward with this race as if the project will not be started before the end of October. The last thing we want is for them to not do the project and us not to have even planned to have the race. See you on Thursday.
