Agenda: Approval of Trex enduro, discussion of trail committee reorganization and website.

Meeting date is TENTATIVE pending ability of board members to attend for quorum.

Tentatively scheduled for Jason Shivok's house in Raubsville, PA south of Easton (Canal Road is off Route 611 between the canal and the river).

Agenda:

1.) Board discussion and possible modification/adoption of a proposed plan to open VMB website forums with moderator(s) and Board-approved Code of Conduct to be followed by all users.

2.) Board discussion of trail committee organization.

Meeting will be held at Hello Burrito on Broad Street in Bethlehem.

Agenda will include updates on Steel City Enduro, Lehigh, etc.

Agenda: Trail committee revitalization discussion, potential Manderfield project introduction, funding of native plantings trailhead landscaping at Nox, etc.

We should have a quick meeting to discuss priorities for the trail system. I'd like to review our MOU and the type of trails Salisbury allows.
We can discuss recent/ongoing complaints and their validity. If there are complaints, it would be helpful if the complainer has an real idea for a solution. This is to avoid an eternal bitch session.

Let be productive and positive to get more people involved. This supposed to be fun, right?
