There will be a meeting of the board on Thursday the 26th in the upstairs private room at Braveheart, located at 430 Main st Hellertown. Board meetings are open to the full membership to observe.
Join us at Saucon Valley Bikes for a general membership meeting. Elections will also be held. Food to be proivided by Saucon Valley Bikes. Canned food donations will be accepted.
Second VMB General Membership Meeting will be held October 6 at 7:00pm. Location TBD.

4th Annual Triple X TrexxxFest Halloween XC Enduro and X-Treme kids Race is ON!!
We have been given permission by the county to hold our family friendly fun race event in October. The date of the event is still up in the air but planning must start now. We will be holding a planning meeting at Fitness Central in Schnecksville on Wednesday, August 10th at 6pm to go ove the details.
We will discuss:
1. Date of the event
2. Volunteers
3. Course layout
4. Sponsorship
We have a lot of exciting topics and important issues to cover at this board meeting. All VMB members are invited to attend and listen in.
The event will be held at Bear Creek Resort (confirmed: Second Floor above Ski Patrol, not in the hotel). In addition to the standard meeting agenda (welcome, revenue, review of last meeting, old business, new business) we'll dig into the following:
