The last VMB meeting of the year and the annual election of officers will be held on December 7th at 7:00pm. Hosted by Saucon Valley Bikes at 824 Main St. Hellertown.

VMB's next membership meeting will be held September 12 at Boroline Park in Emmaus. We've reserved the pavillion at the end of Alpine St., adjacent to the trailhead.
This is an important meeting—we'll be voting on updates to the IMBA Chapter Charter and hope to see as many members as possible out there. The changes are small (a slight $5 increase in annual dues, but more money goes back to the club) and VMB's officers and board are recommending that we sign the new charter. But it's important to have our members represented and vote on the issue.

The VMB board will be meeting on Thursday May 25th at 7:00 pm at Cutters, 418 E 3rd st Bethlehem PA. VMB board meetings are open to the members for observation.
Everyone is invited to join The VMB officers and the reelected board for a special spring membership meeting at the Grist Mill located at 150 W Walnut st Hellertown PA 18055. This is a private area which will be a great venue to discuss all the upcoming events and projects that are in the works. If you can attend please sign up as light refreshments will be provided.

It is time to plan our 5th Annual TrexxxFest Halloween XC Enduro and X-Treme Kids Race – Sunday, Oct. 22nd (Rain Date Sunday, Oct. 29th)
TrexxxFest Planning Meeting – Thursday, March 30th , 7pm @ Fitness Central in Schnecksville – BYOB
The VMB membership has been moved to March 3, 7:00pm at Volpe's, 501 Broad St. Emmaus, in the private room.
This meeting will have an open Q&A about prosped changes from IMBA on the chapter program, including a hike in membership dues and other services. If you have questions, please try to attend.
We we will also be asking members to vote on our risk management plan, which has been approved by the board and is supported by our trail crews,land managers, and IMBA.
We'll also go over results of our member survey. Thanks for all who took it.
There will be a meeting of the board on Thursday the 26th in the upstairs private room at Braveheart, located at 430 Main st Hellertown. Board meetings are open to the full membership to observe.
Join us at Saucon Valley Bikes for a general membership meeting. Elections will also be held. Food to be proivided by Saucon Valley Bikes. Canned food donations will be accepted.
