Bike is in great shape, tuned and ready to ride. Only ridden end of last year and very llittle this year :cryin:

Increased spending on bikes

Interesting statistic in this week's Time magazine on page 19:

According to the U.S. Department of Commerce American spending on bicycles has risen 9% since the Great Recession began in 2007 while that for new cars has fallen 12%.

I had a feeling I've seen more bike racks on cars in recent years. And I can definitely say I've done my part as a patriotic American consumer to help the economy. Biggrin

The future of trail maps, find where you are on the trail using your smartphone (never get lost again)

I don't quite understand how it works but this club from new york figured it out. Perhaps some computer savvy person can it explain it and help develop this for our club.
