Old school trail builder Bernie Connely was attacked while riding at Lehigh Saturday night. According to him, there has always been an eerie presence there -- when he's been building, he has at times felt like he was being watched. He's looked over his shoulder with chills and has seen the bushes shudder from far way and has seen logs and rocks suddenly appear of trails he'd cleared just 5 minutes earlier...
All Bikes Coaching is pretty serious, pretty hardcore. They are doing some pretty advanced training methods, and stuff. Here is one of the coaches on the compu-velo bike in the super secret spin-room during a stacked pyramid brick sprinter's workout. Secret location, of course -- how do you think the All Bikes Poaching is so cheap, ahhhh... inexpensive...?

My brother Eric is actually working on the set. He got me in to check things out and do some contract bodywork for the cast and crew. They are doing some amazing stuff down there @ the Steel blast furnaces, re-creating a slice of the city of Shanghai. They made these big fake concrete tubes that special effects will blow up into the air with all these hydraulic cannons. They created a killer little street and village, and the furnaces are all going to be lit up for the night shots.
Dale took a good hit yesterday, and was running around pulling his pants down showing everyone. Well, since many of you were not there, here is what has transpired. Grossss.......
