I'm hearing some great gossip about this new Place in Mt. Bethel.. they're giving Free classes to NEW members right now... these bikes move like a REAL BIKE!! .. So no more silly jumps or spins during those winter months..Yay! Can't wait to check this out..

It makes me so happy to see an ever increasing number of women involved here with VMB.
As I've said to Lisa R, it sometimes seems women are inadequately represented in this sport. I hope all female members feel at home here and completely comfortable with plugging-in as they see fit.
We already have so many great female riders and I hope the club will feature more opportunities for newer female riders to learn, grow and improve.

Had a chance to get out and demo 3 new bikes this past tuesday. I was on a Specialized Stumpy FSR, Marin Mount vision wm8 and a full carbon GT Force. I had an opportunity to ride a Cannodale 140 3 but just didn't have the legs to push it around.
Gotta say that a new bike is just like a new car - what a difference a few years and lot less miles make :thumbsup: . Can't say a bad thing about any of them.
Seems like I find an aweful lot of stuff at Sals. This time its a Sigma cadence sensor, Will be at Cutters Bike shop.

anyone planning on doing the city to shore ride this weekend. Leaves Cherry hill NJ and ends up in Ocean City NJ. 75 miles each way. they also have some smaller distance rides. I plan to ride sat from cherry hill to ocean city and meet my family down there for some R and R and beach time.
roads are open to traffic but they have rest stops and tents every 15 miles. should be fun.
Anyone driving down there Sat am.
