I'm with JORBA in NJ, and we've hosted a few of you over on some of our trails (Allamuchy, Six Mile Run) in the past. I had a chance to visit your stomping grounds at Sal's today (thanks Doug for the 411 :thumbsup: ). Just wanted to say Sal's was a nice treat and you guys do a great job of making the most of that terrain. Great flow, good technical sections (Boulder was my favorite) and a fair amount of trail in a small space. Kudo's, too, for successfully cutting trail in what appears to be a highly concentrated area of rocks :O . Nice work guys! :beer:

If anybody from the club happens to hit the lottery, could you please build us a Ray's Mtb Lehigh Valley. I really need one and I'm sure many would enjoy.

j burg has had a new land manager for some time and doesnt seem to be on the same page with night riding as our old buddy dale was. i got an official warning last week.i just wanted to get a quick spin in to wear out the dog so i parked on jacobsburg road and they called my office since the number is on the truck. they told our office lady that they are gonna crack down on night riding there and next time they see my truck it will be reported to bushkill police. ( whom i donate thousands to per year in commercial truck violations so they know me anyway)(jerks).

Greetings from the Adirondacks. As some of you know, I am the Director of Garnet Hill Cross Country Ski Center this winter. It has been full throttle here since Thanksgiving, so much so that I've only ridden three times since then! We are not open yet as we need a solid base of natural snow yet, and we may see that this week. Rode them this AM in the driving snow.

VMB's early gift to you: One extra night for Christmas shopping!

This month's meeting would have been held on Tuesday the 21st. After some discussion, the club officers decided that was too close to Christmas.

This means the voting for 2011's officers will be held at the 12th Annual VMB Holiday Party.
