New drivetrain for 2012
Ok...so...after more than a year, over 1,000 miles, and probably over a dozen races...i have determined that i need to go back to a dual chainring up front....i love the 1 by 10...the simplicity...never dropping ur chain...but with all the climbing and tech stuff (rocks) around here...my legs are begging for a break...this was apparent when i rode the entire 30 mile blue marsh loop (which was awesome) with my backup specialized p bike and my legs never burned as much as a 15 mile trexler or 14 mile sals rides....after a while i just loose the torque required to keep that single ring pedalin
Notch-O Vide-O Christmas Contest
OK, so I take Robbie to the Notch-O at night and he rides it backwards (uphill) first try. I failed each try and had to wait 'til daylight to get it. It is really hard, but obviously doable if you disect the elements. So time for a new Notch-O challenge.
Dodson lot permit
Cool, I wrongly thought you had to physically go and apply for the parking permit at the twp. building after registering to ride. I guess if you've already registered, they mail it out automatically.
Thanks, Steve and SVB
Thanks, Steve for hosting the membership meeting Tuesday (and the refreshments).
ATTENTION: Salisbury Trail Volunteers
Hey VMB!
If you did any work at Salisbury this past year and didn't sign in on a sign-in sheet or log your hours online please do so asap. I know many people recently put in a bunch of time on storm debris cleanup.
Just a reminder: It's essential that we keep track of these hours and submit them annually. It's how we prove our worth and ensure our future in the park for years to come.
some trex and hollow footage

Need bling component suggestions
I am happy to announce that I will soon be the owner of a new Santa Cruz Butcher. It's Satin Black with the new logo and I want to bling it out with red parts like seat clamps, etc.
Other than Chris King and Cane Creek, what other companies put out colored components of the sort?
