I was hoping someone on here could recommend a good lung doc. I want to try to get my breathing alot better than it is. I smoked for 30 years and know it will never be great but looking for help. I also wonder if anyone can give me some opinions on HRMs. I am looking into getting one of those to try to help me. Any advise would be helpful. thanks in advance.

Its a non replaceable der. hanger, its part of the swing arm. does any one have any advice on bending back should I heat it or not (its an aluminum frame)

Not sure what it means, though...
Shared bike lanes have been created on four streets in Bethlehem. Didn't realize until today that is viewed as a great thing by some, and a hazard to cyclists by others. Will be interesting to see how this works out.
Regardless, it's always good to see CAT mentioned paper.

Starting Saturday Sept. 20 early archery doe season starts and people are allowed to hunt archery in Sals without a youth. This early season orange is not required so the hunters will be hard to see. Please note I had the wrong date. It starts the 20th.
and i hope the disc golf course goes in the lowlands.

I just want to send a thank you out to everyone who participated in "Don & Doug's Fun Ride" and the post-ride activities on the Southside of Bethlehem this past Friday night. I had a blast... and remember what happens on the Southside...stays on the Southside...LOL!! Hopin' we can do more riding (and socializing) again soon! :thumbsup:
