Snow Racing Tires for sale

These babies are mean -- Maxxis Wet Scream mud tires with hundreds of motorcycle ice screws.

With the Blue Mountain, Plattekill and other snow races around the corner, now is the time to plan your attack. These tires are just what you need. Incredible grip and tracking in everything from slush to ice to the chopped up rutted turns in the finals. Seriously, these tires will make even the most geeky lycra-wearing XC weenie get on the podium amongst the real DH mercenaries. Ask Rob Lichtenwalner.

Hubbard Hospitality

Hubbard Bicycle Club is incredible. Rode last night and it was 11 degrees. You start by riding up an 800' road climb to warm you up so you're always warm in the singletrack. Even though there was 5" of snow left over, the snowshoe'rs tracked it all in before it froze up solid so riding was sweet! Awesome trails, awesome conditions, and no matter how cold you think your feet get you've got this wicked spread of food waiting for you after EVERY Thursday night ride! Hubbard pres. John Grabowski always pulls out the stops and is an incredible host.

Leg versus rock on the Bitches... rock wins. (warning: wound image)

Did the old stopped by a rock and couldn't clip out on one of the piles of rocks on the Bitches. I didn't think it was bad, but it was pretty deep so it needed a few stitches.

I think it's time to lose the Crank Brothers pedals. They take way too much twisting to release and aren't quick enough for technical trails.
