It’s like a barn raising, but even cooler. Thanks to more than $22,000 in community donations (Go Fund Me and Noxturnal Fundraisers) the Tower Road trailhead at Lake Nockamixon State Park is getting a new pavilion with shade, tables, and a better place to meet before rides or hang after laps on that sweet Nox singletrack.

Using community donations and our own funds, VMB purchased the pavilion in 2025, and PA DCNR crews recently poured the footers. Once the park gives the go-ahead, VMB volunteers will help build it.

Huge thanks to everyone who chipped in. This will be a great addition to one of the region’s busiest trailheads.
