6:00pm-8:00pm Fit, Form and Function Clinic

This presentation covers the basics of proper bike fit, ideal riding posture, and which bikes are best for various riding styles and goals. Ladies’ night is for you, so bring your riding questions! Refreshments, shopping discounts, and more!

Please join us tomorrow, Sunday July 22nd for the Specialized Test the Best mountain bike demo. This will be in conjunction with the Endurorama race at Salisbury/Walking Purchase park trails. We will be set up with the truck at REEB millwork in their parking lot. The truck will have both mens and womens mountain bikes available for test rides. The demo will run from 9am to 3pm. Please bring a drivers license and a major credit card. You will not be charged to take the bikes out but we must have both of those on file for security purposes. We will have some munchies, coffee, water, etc.

Hitting up Sals last time before the race. Anyone is welcome to join. Work on the boulder trail if you like. Starting from Dodson.

Lotsa stuff needs to get whacked.
Meet at top trail crossing on Cardinal/Constitution.

Bring:
Anything to weed-whack or trim
Gloves
Bug spray
Water

Girl's you are gonna love it. Great place to learn how to ride or gain confidence riding DH. The women at Highland do an awesome job organizing this event. Let us show our support. Rental bikes are available. I usually leave Thursday to ride a full day Friday. Of course, guys are always welcome to join. Weeeeeeeeee! Ride on

While the vast majority of the planning and details have been ironed out, this event can't happen without volunteers the day-of to help with registrant check-in, parking, stage check-in, etc.

Here's an opportunity to help with an event featuring a nice mix of healthy competition, camaraderie and community — with all proceeds going back into Salisbury.
