VMB’s ‘Ride the Valley’ Series is back for 2026! This monthly series gives VMB members and non-members a chance to ride together, socialize, explore the VMB trails, and learn more about VMB.
In September, we will ride the trails at Salisbury / Walking Purchase Park. Meeting point and ride will be at the Dodson Street Park parking lot. Meet at 9:45am, ready to roll at 10am. We typically split into groups according to skills and pace.
This ride will take place the weekend before Steel City Enduro (SCE) race – perfect opportunity to come out and pre-ride the stages! We will have at least one group pre-riding the stages.
**Please note these trails are technical, mostly blue & black trails with lots of rocks. This makes it not a beginner friendly trail system. We do encourage you to come out and meet us and learn about the trails. If in doubt, these trails are also shared with hikers, so a first pass on foot may be helpful to assess and match to a riders abilities.
Make sure to stop by the VMB tent to learn more about current club projects, volunteer opportunities, and get some snacks and refreshments after the ride.
