He was instrumental in inviting the “wheelie kids” into the Easton Twilight Crit, giving them space to compete in front of thousands of spectators before the race. He joined Valley Mountain Bikers’ board in 2025.

Renee England
Renee England has been riding bikes in the Lehigh Valley for nearly 20 years. Learning every rock, root and trail-mostly because she has been lost on all of them. While she appreciates a quick loop around the trails, her true love has been traveling to new places and bike packing. If you go on an adventure ride with Renee, expect hearing at least once, “I’m almost 80% positive this trail leads back to civilization.”

Steve Solt
Steve Solt
A lifelong mountain biker, I’ve been involved with VMB since age 16. The sport shaped my life, earning me an athletic scholarship to Lees-McRae College, where I contributed to trail development and helped organize regional race series at both Lees-McRae and Beech Mountain in western North Carolina and home in the Lehigh Valley, I’ve remained committed to advancing local trail access and the riding community. Professionally, I lead business software implementations, managing cross-functional teams across operations, finance, and customer service—experience I bring to the board to help drive VMB’s mission forward.
Our Annual Events
Valley Mountain Bikers hosts a series of signature events each year that highlight the region’s best trails and bring our riding community together. From fast, technical races to unique after-dark experiences, there’s something for every type of rider.
