VMB Joins Forces with IMBA

It's official: After months of courting and wooing, we finally gave in to IMBA's solicitations and VMB is now officially an IMBA Chapter! We received word earlier in the month and all the final paperwork has gone through, making us the country's newest IMBA Chapter.
As we said when we began exploring chapter status, this has several important benefits for us as a club, and greatly improves our ability to build, maintain, and promote mountain bike trails in the region:

Valley Mountain Bikers is celebrating the 10th anniversary of our incorporation this year. And while VMB has been around longer than 10 years, this is an occasion worthy of a celebration to recognize the amazing accomplishments our members have made.
Everyone is invited to join in a celebration of the accomplishments you as a member of VMB helped make happen. Food and refreshments will be provided at no cost for current VMB members (a $10 donation would be appreciated from guests).

Although it looks like our trails will be snow covered for a while, it's time to start planning for this year's Steel City Enduro. We're looking for people who have the time and energy to help with preparations leading up to the race and volunteers for race day. Please PM me if you're interested.

2014 Ramble in the Bramble will be on Saturday, April 12th at 12:00.
Bring your kids, bikes, helmets, backpack and lots of energy. Kids will ride in age appropriate groups on trails to a designated area to hunt for eggs. Once all eggs are collected we will head back to the parking lot for a free kid raffle, where every child gets a prize.
Please let me know how many children you plan to bring, age and ability.
