FINALLY, the ribbon cutting for the pump track in Lower Macungie on Cedar Crest Blvd, is happening- I have no idea about current condition of the pump track, but at least we have word that it is officially open this coming Friday- I'll post more as I hear it.
Edit: DirtSculpt Dave was working on it last week and it is reported to be in good condition by someone who has seen it since. That makes sense, I doubt he'd let his work have a grand opening if it was in need of maintenance!

Community bikes and boards is having a transition and jamis bike demo in the morning Sunday November 8 at the Nockamion trails and an after party at Free Will Brewing after the demo.

Trying something new for the ladies. Indoor Rock Climbing event at Reading Rocks this Friday from 6pm-9pm. No experience needed. Wear comfy clothes and sneakers. Cost is $12
The Borough of Catasauqua is woking on a river front revitalization project. This Saturday they are having an event to raise public awareness. Part of the revitalization project is to construct a bike friendly park, including a pump track and open space for people to ride. If you can come out, show your support, and let the borough know that this would be good for the community, please stop by with your bike and check things out. Some of the riders from Catty Woods are currently making a track, which will be open for riding this Saturday. Please see the link below for more info.
We're hosting a women's Specialized road & Mtn bike demo from the shop tomorrow-Saturday, April 25th from 10am-3pm. Cutters Bike Shop-418 E 3rd St Bethlehem. We will have road and Mtn rides led by someone or you can just take a bike out on your own. XS thru XL road bikes, the BRAND NEW Rumor 650's in SM-LG. a few Crux's for those of you thinking about cyclocross, and more. We have 20+ women's bikes ready for you.
