I have two thule fork mounts for sale. Selling because since I got them, I've gotten a new bike which has thru axles, and so have my friends that I ride with. I'm keeping one my three for when I ride the old F5 but othewise, the other two aren't getting used like they used to. Thru axles are not compatible with these fork mounts. I could post actual pictures if asked, although they do look the same as the picture given. They are in full working order and are very easy to use.
