Bear Creek and South Mountain Cycles will be hosting a Nationals Super D training ride on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Meet at lot 1D (behind the propane tank) at 5:30 PM. Ride to the top and race to the bottom. You will be timed. There will be no shuttle service. Meet up at the bar afterwards!
