I know its short notice but we are going to have a trail corridor clearing* day Sunday Sep. 26. This will be in preparation for the first official trail "build" day at Nockamixon which will be held mid Oct. The trail committee decided it would be best if the corridor is clear for the first official build day so that the new local volunteers would have a positive experience their first time out rather then ripping through dense brush.
Our southern friends at Philadelphia Mountain Biking Association are going to make this their monthly trail build day so we should see some good folks from the big city out in the woods.
Everyone is invited to help out. Sturdy boots, gloves and your favorite tool recommended (tool not required).
* Normal Corridor clearing, no Autumn Olive here.
