Rob and Andrew from Fitness Central have been riding at the Trexler Nature Preserve for the past few weeks on Wednesday morning. Meet at Fitness Central at 8am if you dn't know how to get there or meet at the North Range parking lot at 8:15. We end up riding the whole loop which comes out to about an hours worth of riding.
