So excited about this! On Saturday, February 27th we will be hosting a fundraiser for the VMB at Cutters Bike Shop. We will be showing a brand new bike video called Awesome Land:Women of Dirt at 6:30pm. This is an all women bike video that features 11 women riders. There will be a suggested $5 donation at the door(per person). We will have DVD copies for sale at the event. I am hoping to also have some Women of Dirt tshirts and other things for sale and possibly raffle. ALL PROCEEDS will go the VMB. The premier is being held tonight in Seattle and when I spoke to the guy today he said it sold out quick. The cool thing about this is from the beginning their goal has been to give back to the community and work with local shops to promote the sport and nonprofit gorups. They are working solely with shops and independents to accomplish this. The trailer looks great, I am including a link for ths site to check it out.
