Nockamixon hiking and (maybe) flagging- joint VMB & PMBA effort

Meet at the Tower Rd parking lot, soon-to-be-trailhead, around 5 to 5:30. Scout out land and perhaps flag a sample trail for the Park Manager to get approved by DCNR.
