The Lehigh Valley Zoo Is having a "Green Team" clean up day at the Zoo. This is a family oriented event (people like me without a family can participate also). The kids and Moms will be cleaning up the play ground area and doing fun stuff, its a Zoo!
Other things that need to be done are mulching/cleaning/ planting. Clean the debris out of the bison pasture (Bison locked in, of course!), painting/staining, weeding, etc. This is family participation time!
I think this is a great opportunity to interact the MTB community with the Zoo community as we are sharing the same property for recreational use.
Weather permitting we could do some trail building in the afternoon or people that have not been to Trex can check out the new trail system being installed.
