What does that mean? Tempo is an effort level just above aerobic, but below anaerobic. Basically it means steady riding for 30 minute chunks for me, so plan on a 30 minute warm up, 30 minutes of tempo, and then 30 minutes of cooldown along the towpath. Park in the lot across from the Icehouse in front of Sand Island and bring some lights. See you there!
