I'm no techno geek, but I found this interesting:
After the skills clinic, my friends from Sickler's Racing came out and we did a full lap at Sals and about 90% of Lehigh. Total climbing -- 1800ft for Salisbury including ride to Lehigh. 1700 feet vertical including back to the cars for Lehigh. So, throw in another small climb at Sals and a few more trails that we skipped at Lehigh and that's an easy 4,000 foot day. For training purposes or just the pure sake of riding a bike in the woods on killer trails it is incredible, especially for right in our own back yard. Kudos to the trail builders old and new.
I was on my bike @ 10:00am for the clinic, then rode Sals and Lehigh returning to my car @ 5:00. I then at Thai food, shovelling non-stop from 5:30 to 8:00pm. Granted it was not all riding time, but I was totally cross-eyed coming up the Superman @ Lehigh @ the end. What a day in our Valley of Mountain Bikers!
