Parking in visitor spots and on street parking on Orchard Road.
We ask for a $5 - $10 donation at the door to cover party stuff like plates and cups and beer and...(you be the judge - pay what it's worth to you). All are welcome and are encouraged to bring your spouses and significant others (even if they are non-riders) If you are not a member...we hope that you will consider joining us and want to be a member by the end of the party! We'll have a brief meeting at 6:30 pm then on with the party! We'll provide the beer and a citrus punch. If you'd like to spike your punch or drink something else all together (tea, sodas, etc.)- please bring it with you! :beer:
As usual you can expect the normal VMB party games...beer pong, MTB Videos, etc. and this year we'll also be giving out door prizes and awards for things like Most Improved Rider, Best Ambassador of the Sport, Most Inspiring Rider...
So all we ask is you sign up for the event here and email crashtestdummy through this site with what you will bring and you're all set.
What we need people to bring:
Qty 6 - 8 Entrees/Main Course (ex: Lasagne, Chicken Parm, Chili, Swedish Meatballs, etc.)
Qty 8 - 10 Salads/Sides (ex: Pasta Salad, Baked Beans, Rice Pilaf, etc.)
Chips / Snacks / Munchies
Qty 6 Desserts
At the facilty we've got access to a refrigerator, stove with oven (residential size)and sink, and Donna and I each have some chafing dishes and crock pots that can be used if needed (just ask us).
Our group is growing by leaps and bounds...come put names to faces and make some new friends!
