Get ready! We are planning to open the Nox mountain bike trails on Monday, April 15. Volunteers are still clearing deadfall and working on the trails so expect early-season conditions. As long as most of the trees stay standing this weekend, we'll be ready to ride on Monday morning! Follow for more updatesThanks to Pennsylvania DCNR and the Lake Nockamixon State Park staff for making this one of PA's best trails systems. The trails may still be wet in some areas. Remember, wett-trail etiqutte:
- Riding on mud wrecks the trail
- Doing so leaves ruts and contributes to erosion
- Ride through puddles not around them.
- If you can see your tire track, the trail is too muddy to ride
- Respect posted closures
- Please give the trail 24-48 hours to dry after heavy rainfall
Street parking is not permitted on Tower Road. Overflow parking is available at the Haycock Boat Launch Area off RTE 563
