Vital stats to start August 15. 189lbs, 22%body fat approx, 60 rest hr, 58 less ride hours than last year at this time. Average ride time, 1hour 20minutes, pathetic! Goals after 1 month, 180lbs, 19% body fat, 50 rest hr. and a top ten finish before years end, lofty I admit! Typical daily fuel to this date, beer,soda,diet soda,pizza,hamburgers,hot dogs, cheddarwurst, french fries, eggs, cheese, desserts, dark chocolate, peanut bars and other candy bars, pbj sandwiches, and a few fruits and vegetables and healthier meals, when the wife cooks, now and then. As long as the lyme comes back negative it's game on! P.S. I reserve the right to end this blog as fast as I started it.
