Pump track opportunities

I was checking out a thread http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=239103

I can't help but think in addition to places like dale's and ted's and another guy i heard of (ex pro bmx'er) we could something like that as a club. It would be great to develop younger riders into the sport as well as embracing those whom sometimes we don't interact with enough.

I wonder if there are any other landowners out there who would be interested in helping riders grow this sport it would be cool to hear from them.

That Was The Year That Was

Coming towards the bottom of the year and it's time to sum up, think about where we are and how we got here before moving forward. ("We" as a club, as individuals, whatever.) So, anyone have any notable life experiences, on the bike or off, that they's like to share? A few things from 2006 that I'll remember:

Next time you are at Bear Creek...

If you can get up to BC any time in the near future make an attempt to get into 'The Grille' for a bite to eat.

Make sure you ask for Megan H. (be specific, there are 2 Megan's who work there) to be your waitress. She is the best waitress we have had at any restaurant over the last 3 years at least. I gave her a 20+% tip and still felt like it wasn't enough. We even asked her what her work schedule was so we can be there when she is working.

The food has always been great there (expensive, but great), but the service was usually lacking. Now I may have a new favorite restaurant, because of Megan.
