Park style/Pump track

Who here could coach/help me with the City of Easton. They have got a huge skate board lobby. The city is making some serious movement towards a skate park. I have spoken to the city council woman dealing with this she is great to work with. I was not able to attend the last meeting but somebody laid the ground work to make the project compatible with bikes. I don't have a good handle on potential funding, location, or time frame. The discussions are extremely preliminary. Economics are a huge consideration in the city so I suppose my question is what are the economics of building a pump track and dirt jumps. What would be the necessary maintenance. I think if we could show low dollar cost but get the inkind contribution through the assets the city already has such as dump trucks, back hoe, loaders and the like then show some postive impact I think the city might go for it. I could certainly get into this I was an equipment operator for 15 years before I started running into burning buildings for a living. So i have some high hopes and a few ideas but I could use some expertise.
