Nothing is planned at this point for trailwork at Emmaus but I thought I'd post anyway. We left off doing rock work at the end of the rocky area on the new cistern trail. All of these rocks we laid down will require the clay dirt filling-at least between the rocks in the cracks. Some of the rock work is so good I think we'll be able to ride on the tops pretty easily.
Anyhow, after this section we'll begin more benchcutting. This isn't completely flagged down to the inch, but the general path is flagged. The excess dirt from this work can be dumped on the rocky section just before it to do the fill in.Saves from digging the "borrow hole". We'll need good conditions to work over there which means a warming trend to help thaw out the ground. Maybe towards the end of Feb we can work again-Sals is scheduled for the 24th, weather and conditions permitting
