VMB website changes

User access to VMB website has been updated - non-members / guests can view, sign-up for, and write comments on events; and view the news items. Members have the additional access to view and create forum/blog content. There are additional website changes being discussed, and this topic will be reviewed in more detail at the upcoming Membership meeting.
