The meeting was held at Doug's house.

Greg started: we were good to start having board meetings, but what’s the difference between board and general meetings? For board meetings, only Board members have right to vote or speak (except for solicited public input).
What is the quorum for the Board meetings? For now, it’s officers.

August General Meeting: Maybe we should move it to Wednesday, August 31 at Jacobsburg (preliminary change, final decision ot be made after after meeting with Mike and Robin)

October: General Membership Meeting w/ officer nominations
November (no meeting)
December General Meeting and Vote
Jacobsburg Discussion:
Do mountain bikers want to build equestrian-sustainable trails? Separate trails for bikes & horses? What is our goal in getting involved at J’burg – fix one single trail, build separate trail system, or do equestrian-friendly trails?
Jacobsburg exploratory project:formally invite Mike & Robin to talk about the situation there before the next meeting. Specific questions: what is the goal, what are your plans, how are they moving forward? We have to avoid over-committing!
